I have been very slack lately. A couple months I have been feeling out of sort, no drive, no energy. After having a blood test, was found slightly diabetic and very over weight. Worked on my diet and walking/running two miles every day. Now I feeling much better with more energy. ( Losing 15 pounds help a lot, too.) On the forum, I had been checking it every so often. I think you should drop it for at least a year.
